HOW TO ORDER
1) Order directly from website via purchase bag or you can send us by email:

* Quantity you want
* Details of CONSIGNEE (Name, Address, zipcode, city, country, email +tel no.)
2) We will confirm your order and request the total amount to be paid. ALL prices include the shipping cost.
3) You accept money transference via Western Union, Moneygram, Bank. We prefer to Western Union as it takes only 10 minutes to arrive us but Bank to Bank takes around 7 days.
4) After receiving the payment, we will send the shoes ordered to the Consignee. All the shoes are shipped from China.
5) We will send you the tracking number after shipment effected. Normally it will be 2 days after receipt of payment.
6) Normally the package will be delivered within 6 days (sometimes it can be delivered faster). It depends on where you are located.
7) We would appreciate if you can feedback when you receive the package.
CONFIRMATION
Customers will receive an email from us when their order is processed with an expected date of arrival & tracking number if an email address is included with the order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We usually use any of such courier companies as EMS, UPS, TNT,DHL,etc.
All Shoes are shipped from China. The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
You will recieve a tracking number from us after 2 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers site and track the package(s).
CUSTOMS
We always use most suitable shipping company for you which lowers the risk of customs. Most of the time we never get the package stopped by customs. We are responsible for customs problem on our end. We will reship the order since the parcel is held by customs here. If the package is held by customs on your end finally . We will supply 30% of you order as the Order Credit for your next order.
EXCHANGE&RETURN
(1) We don¡¯t offer any refund.¡¡
(2) If you intend to exchange or return any merchandise, please email us in advance so that arrangements can be made.¡¡
(3) All intended exchange and returns must be notified with in 7 days after the merchandise was received.¡¡
(4) Buyer is responsible for¡¡all the shipping charges for returns or exchanges.
(5) All the exchanges and returns must be perfect condition, in the same condition they were received in,¡¡must be returned with all original packing, manuals, paper, and accessories and returned on time.
(6) These kind of reasons for exchange or return are unacceptable, such as "I don¡¯t want the shoes anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color" or ¡±Colors of shoes are darker or lighter than shown on the picture¡±.
(7) Acceptable reasons for exchange are such as wrong shoe or size was sent by the factory, or any other mistakes are made from our side.
(8) We offer the possibility to exchange or return but reserve the right to deny exchange or return if any of the listed condition are unfulilled.
